sonos reset itself after a power loss and I have lost all the services?

we were installing a Ups and this meant the power to Sonos kept dropping which I think caused it to reset. I have lost all the services and playlists. Even more strange when I try to add services it only shows last. fm and nothing else?

Strange. It seems it's also forgotten its registration email, and hence its country, and hence which services are available.

Did you try a clean restart, powering it off for 20+ seconds, then powering on again?
