Sonos Port NOT working

Hi everyone!

I've just bought a Sonos Port for my home system.

Unboxed, connected to the wifi and then plugged my record player into it. Everything works fine for now. But the day after it won't work rightly anymore: it doesn't find the Line-IN.

I tried to replace the cables so many times and I tried also switching OFF and ON again by unplugging the power cable, but nothing to do.

I can't even reset the Port cause there are no instructions online about that. I tried to reset it plugging the power cable while pressing the connecting button behind the box (like u do with Sub) but it just reconnects automatically to my wifi without new setup settings.

Hope that my english is ok and hope that you can help me with that problem.
