Thinking about installing a pair of Genelec 4020 in our restaurant. The rest of the hotel is pure Sonos and I really would like to continue using the Sonos app. How should I set it up and what kind of equipment is needed?

Those Genelecs are powered speakers, so the Sonos Port would be what you want to use. They also use XLR connectors, so you would need XLR to RCA cables (available from Amazon in various lengths). RCA to the Line-Outs on the Port, XLR to the speakers.
