Sonos Connect, not connecting

I have a Connect: Amp and a connect; the Connect does not emit sound even though it shows music playing in the app.  The two used to work together fine, but somehow do not anymore.  I submitted  diagnostics and  received the following confirmation number: 839240866.  Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community and providing a diagnostic report.

Just want to know if the connect amp is just next to the Sonos connect?

If yes can you try to switch the speaker cable temporarily from the connect amp to Sonos connect and see if it will produce sounds when you try to play something in Sonos Connect?

We might also be having cable problems since your Sonos connect still shows it's playing the music
