sonos connect keeps dissappearing

One of 9 devices keeps disappearing.
Frustrating because it sometimes will stay on for some time and other times disappears almost immediately.

Connect os hardwired so not a wireless connection issue.

I have reset the router and turned on one speaker device at a time to no avail.

Any ideas?

Try this by the numbers.
  1. Unplug your Sonos and other wired/wireless components.
  2. Unplug any range extenders
  3. Log in into your routers admin page and check for updates.
  4. Power cycle your router
  5. Power cycle your iOS/Android device and make sure they are up-to -date
  6. Make sure the the Sonos app is up-to-date
  7. Plug in your Sonos 1x1
  8. Test your Sonos
  9. If all OK plug in your other wired/wireless components
  10. Plug any range extenders and make sure that DHCP is off and the SSID and Passphrase match your router.
