I have a Sonos Connect:Amp that is wired via ethernet to a my home hub. Yet it consistently disappears, and I have to power cycle it to get it back on the Sonos system. Sometimes this will happen less than 60 seconds after it reappears while I am playing music throught it. : Patio Serial Number: 00-0E-58-32-52-74:D Version: 10.2 (build 50165071) Hardware Version: 1.16.3.1-1 Series ID: P100 IP Address: 192.168.2.126 WM: 0 OTP: 1.1.1(1-16-3-0.9)

Hardware failure is likely. I recommend submitting a diagnostic while the system is functioning, and again after the CONNECT:AMP disappears. Log the confirmation numbers and start a dialog with SONOS Support.

Unplug it from power

Reboot your router

Plug it back in, wait 5 minutes, then test.
