Sonos amp

My sonos amp which has 2 separate speakers hardwired to it has been knocked offline and i cannot find it on my system. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions, but no luck. The light on the amp is solid white, which i think indicates it has been set up before. Any ideas for troubleshooting?

Welcome to the Sonos community and thank you for reaching out with your issue. 

When you press the figure 8 “Join Button” does the Amp flash orange and then resume the steady white status?

If you un-plug your Amp from power, does it briefly flash white while it starts up and again resumes the steady white status?

Please submit a diagnostic report and include the confirmation number in your response, even if this unit remains missing or unresponsive in your app so that we can evaluate possible causes.
