Setting up new Play 3

Have successfully setup a new Play 3. My Play 5 is working but can't get any sound out of new Play 3

Do both show up in your controller as 2 zones (mobile controller top of screen has zone/room selection)
Yes, 2 separate "rooms" show on controller.

And you can't play to the new room?
Correct, I'm wondering if the new Play 3 is not connecting to my internet

If you see it in the controller it is connecting.

You could have a network IP address conflict. In that case turn off all your wireless devices. Reboot router. And then turn all back on.
