So I just moved to a new house and trying to set up Sonos. The app keeps telling me I need to connect my device to wifi which I've already done so what do I do

Try plugging one Sonos unit to your router via Ethernet cord and try again.
Yes I'm using an iPhone and I deleted the wifi rebooted the router reinstalled home wifi on the iPhone and it still won't work. Thank you for your suggestions though. I'm sure it's operator error.

Are you using an iPhone it may have connectivity issue. Go into settings on iPhone wifi and delete your home wifi. Reboot router and then add back your home wifi to the iPhone. Try then again.
Yes I agree but it doesn't prompt me. I can't get the sonos app to move to any other screen

ok so you have a sonos device and you have a phone which is connected to your home wifi.

it should prompt you setup new system - - wifi only version
