Removing Sonos Amp stops music on all other Sonos speakers

I want to remove the Sonos Amp from my system, but can’t since it stops all music on the rest of my Sonos speakers. The Amp is connected with Ethernet. I have 2 Beams, a Soundbar, a few Play 1s and 3 Subs. The only thing I have not tried is removing the Amp and starting from scratch with the rest of the speakers. I am hoping something simpler can be done.

Hi @srcrowhomesf.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community since you only want to remove the Sonos amp in your network.

You can try this option You need to set up the Sonos amp wirelessly Go to Settings » System » Network » Wireless Setup.

After that, you can remove the ethernet cable from the amp and plug the ethernet cable to any of your Sonos speakers.

Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.
