Reconnecting to a new wireless network

I recently moved, and am trying to change my sonos player to the new wifi but can not connect. Please help me connect to my new wifi.

All roads answering this question appear to lead to this video from Ryan of Customer Care. Wonderful that this video exists, but I would greatly prefer written instructions - much faster way to get to the answer.

Try scrolling down, then selecting the appropriate configuration (Standard or BOOST).
This does not help. Tells me to things I don’t have the option to do. Sonos controller doesn’t show players or settings.
Been trying to connect sonos to new wifi for over an hour now. Any way someone could make this process work instead of chasing links around in a circle would be great
