I don't own the product as of yet , the serial number is 1710 ********** if that can help to identify the year of the model.

It’s a modern product, manufactured October 2017.
As Smilja indicates, the operative numbers are the four that start the serial number, indicating year, then month of manufacture. In your case, the year is 17, i.e. 2017, and the month is 10, i.e. October.
