Previously connected player no longer showing up

I have connected my new Player 1 three times - which means I've reset to factory settings twice. I've called this device "portable," as I want to be able to move it from room to room. But each time I disconnect it, the player is no longer found in the system. White light blinks forever. What am I doing wrong? My Player 3 stays connected just fine.

Sounds suspicious. Can I recommend that you submit a system diagnostic and report the number here, so that a Sonos rep can look at your logs? It may show something after you've reconnected it to your system. Even better, call in with the diagnostic number, they may be able to do something more easily over the phone (like remote into your speaker and do some magic?) than they can do in these boards.
