No bass sound - sonos play1

We have just bought Sonos play 1 for a month and at first it was ok but then all of sudden the bass sound just dried up so now music sounds v flat. Not sure if it is just faulty hardware

Try trueplay on it.
Trueplay may be worth a try of course, but it usually turns the bass down to reduce bass bloat.

Has the location of the speaker been changed? If the answer is no, and Trueplay also doesn't change things, contact Sonos Support.
