Move not charging on ring.

The ring will not charge my move any more (I’ve had it for 3-4 months, and this started happening a week ago).  

the Ubsc charger will charge the device. But not the ring.  No charging light comes on while it’s on the ring.

Welcome to the Sonos community and thanks for bringing this to our attention and the detailed description of what the situation is.

I would like to recommend trying to change the power outlet and see if the issue persists. If the Sonos Move’s charging bay is plugged into a power strip, try to bypass the power strip and connect the charging cable directly to a power outlet and let us observe the situation. If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting our technical support team for a possible accessory replacement.
