Mounting AMP sideways

Has anyone tried mounting an amp sideways behind TV? or would there be any problems?

I have a set of ceiling speakers that are wired to behind my TV and I’d like a clean hidden wires setup, so I’m considering mounting my amp behind the TV somehow.  The cable limitations for the HDMI are driving me to this solution.

Should be fine, in fact I think Sonos shows a couple wall mounts for the Amp on their website.
