I am completely aligned with the 1st two on your three point list. The inability to address the spam issue is a bit concerning and has persisted for way too long now. Well I have properly documented my displeasure with the 6.4 update and the shoddy outcomes it produces in some circumstances - some of it is not worthy of the quality this brand has associated itself with. The need to consider customization is entirely reasonable and should be given serious thought. I think more respect for legacy users is important.
