Hi Everyone,
I don't manage to make working my Technics SLBD-20 vinyl records Turntable with My Connect Amp. I don't have any sound. I have no problem with my CD reader which works perfectly on Sonos thru the Connect Amp.
Do you know how I can connect my Turntable to my Sonos system ?
Thanks a lot,
Olivier

Do you have the required phono pre-amp between the turntable and the Connect? Take a look at: https://en.community.sonos.com/music-services-and-sources-228994/using-a-turntable-with-sonos-6769426

Thanks for your quick feedback !
Effectively this is the issue. Is it important to invest in a qualitative phono pre-amp ?
Thanks a lot,
Olivier
No, there are many good enough ones that are in the USD 100 range. Here is an example that will work well if your cartridge is of the moving magnet type: https://www.amazon.com/Pro-Ject-Phono-Box-Preamplifier-Black/dp/B000YEK1AQ/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1516547265&sr=8-9&keywords=phono+preamp

Also, the thread referred earlier above has the names of some.

I highly recommend this one:

I have one and it sounds great and has all the adjust-ability you will need.
