I can’t link my second sonos connect to my sonos account.

I can’t link my second sonos connect to my sonos account. It said that i must verify date and time. I did it an still having the same problem. I directly connected to the router with ethernet cable in order to disable the wifi and see if there is a ip conflict. The sonos connect it is not allowing me to turn off the wifi. It said that is should be connected to the router and it is. I don’t know what else can I do. Any help in this matter will highly appreciated!!!!

Can you provide a bit more detail about your existing Sonos environment. Is it just one other connect, how does it connect to your router, is the second connect brand new and anything else that you think might be useful.
