Faint Volume

Faint volume from Sonos 5, Gen 1, you can only hear it if you put your ear to the face of the device. I have another Sonos 5, a Sonos 3 and a connect Amp on the system. It is independent of the music source. It is not muted. It doesn't matter if you play independently, in series or parallel with other devices. It did start out as cutting out on occasion but then went full faint. If you are playing them together the mute bottom on the top will mute both players and will turn them back up.
In addition to this I have un plugged the player, tried unplugging with the reset and have turned off the router and the player to try and reset. Wireless is Apple airport.

I'd submit a diagnostic after it plays faintly and then either post that here and/or call Sonos on Tuesday (or tomorrow if not a holiday where you are)
