Today I've discovered that my Connect AMP was stuck on solid white.
I've tried factory reset, with no luck, rebooting, plugging the ethernet cable and unplugging, but my amp is not reachable from sonos controller app. My other sonos products still working good (1 playbar + 3 play1) .

what can I do?

any help very appreciate.

thanks

Take a look at the information in the link as it addresses your issue with the last recommendation to contact Sonos:

Barring a response from another Community member I suggest you do the following:

Submit a diagnostic and post the reference ID in this forum; then call Sonos.

Cheers

Just spotted your post. Did you ever resolve this? I’d be interested to know what controller (iOS, Android, etc) the zone disappeared from, and whether you might still be able to see that zone on the PC desktop controller, as I have seen something similar.
