changing connect for boost to connect sonos to internet

I have been using a connect to connect my sonos system to the internet on the S1 system, however I would like to upgradge to S2 and therefore decided to disconnect the Connect and change this for a Boost and hard wire a cat 5 network cable to the internet.

I can no longer see my rooms.


I have rebooted the internet box to no avail.

Do I need to reset to whole system and reload each speaker ? 

Once I get the rooms back on line I’ll upgrade to S2


please help

Can you please power off each of your Sonos devices for 5 secs and then power on. Don't factory reset them.

There seems to be some confusion here.  First thing - DO NOT RESET ANYTHING. I’ll post further shortly.

OK.  The Connect does not connect your system to the internet. 

Do you really mean a Connect anyway? The Connect turns a traditional HiFi into a Sonos streamer.  You cannot replace a Connect with a Boost.  Do you actually have a Bridge not a Connect?
