Cannot choose wireless setup

I have recently changed my router and I am trying to reconnect my SONOS. 

I followed the instructions, using the ethernet cable and my SONOS is working perfectly. 

However, I would like to reconenect wirelessly, but the SONOS application does not give me the option of wireless setup. This means, that there exists in the menu as option, but I cannot choose it. 


Any ideas are welcome.

Check to make sure you have run all updates and your system is running same version of Sonos as the application (or make sure you have the most recent application to).

Are you able in setup to check version and run updates.

Sounds like in setup options the wireless setup is greyed out?

Make sure that the app and system are both in the latest software version.

What OS is your device running?

Also, the new router needs to be sending a 2.4Ghz channel, not just a 5Ghz channel.
