Hey Sonos representatives,

What  happened to @sonossupport on Twitter? The account has been deleted. This was a reliable support route, phones are impossible and email isn't being answered. 


Edit just saw this about massive layoffs, sorry to you and your colleagues, looks like Twitter support is a casualty.
