I see that Sonos twitter support has been shut down. Replaced by a bot. Also heard that 12% employee reduction announced by Sonos this week. A number of retail store closures as well.

Tough times ahead. Hopefully the layoffs won’t cause too big of a delay for any of the S2 features that were in the pipeline.

And yet there seems to be half a dozen or so new Sonos folks working these forums.
