Twitter, Messenger. What has happened to Sonos Support, it seems to have been completely disbanded in favour of a useless AI Bot assistant which is garbage, Its a real shame as I used to think Sonos Support was World Class. It now seems to be slipping to a Google type support of rubbish.

You’ll have to call in for support or ask for assistance via chat, if it’s available in your country.

“Call” support, wait time too long, “Chat” has a useless assistant, just saying as support via Twitter etc was excellent

Did they not replace them with a cheaper lot? A cursory glance suggested decent responses on this forum from the replacements.

Yeah, to wager a guess: Sonos has outsourced customer care to the Philippines.

As I recall, the response levels of the replacements was a marked improvement.
