Is anyone else as upset* as I am that Sonos chooses right now, during a ***** pandemic, to render my system nonfunctional?

Welcome to the Sonos forum polymath234 - sorry your having some frustrations. Other users are here (as well as some Sonos staff) to help you with any issues.
Could you explain your problem - as there is no current Sonos issue that should be effecting your system.
