my Sonos beam cuts out when the volume is above 60% please give me a solution to this

Note, however, that if it isn't a Sonos issue, but instead a TV issue, it won't be something that Sonos will be able to see, other than the fact that the sound signal "disappears". Which is why that diagnostic is so important. It will help them figure out if it's a signal loss, or a problem in the Sonos itself.
Don't set your volume to above 60%?

All kidding aside, go ahead and reproduce this issue. Then I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic, and either post the number here, or contact Sonos Support to discuss it. I prefer to suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available, but are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
