Sonos, why are you destroying customer confidence and goodwill? Personally, I have never seen a company with such customer loyalty and support, destroy itself so quickly!

Please for the good of all Sonos customers and shareholders.

  • Fire the managers and employees who have made these disastrous decisions.
  • Issue a public and private apology to customers.
  • Employ a solution to ensure that legacy components will always remain current.
  • Do this quickly before it is too late (that is, if it isn’t all ready too late to salvage Sonos).
