Repeating tracks
My playlists usually run to 100+ tracks. I have them in a random order. I'd like to ask why does the Sonos system repeat the same track three or four times even though the track is only added once? This happens even when the shuffle feature is used.

Did you perhaps play some other source, then return to the queued tracks? Sonos will only remember where it stopped if you pause and resume the queue without playing something else in between.
