play bar light not showing when plugged in

What you I do when the play bar light wont come on if it is plugged up. I have had this play bar for about a month and no problems until now. I have unplugged and plugged it multiple times and the light still wont show.

I’d check the circuit breaker for that plug, and then contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, but they are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. The Twitter support folks are available 24/7.
