There Shipping partner FedEx refuse to deliver to our house

Sounds like you have an issue with FedEx, perhaps take it up with them? Sonos doesn't own FedEx.
Yup. Take your tracking number to your local Fedex facility. The package will be there late tonight for your retrieval tomorrow morning. You can call Fedex too for them to hold your package for you to pick up.
We have already talked to FedEx twice we are 50 miles from the nearest Fedex office. They have informed us that all of the information needs to come from the shipper which is Sonos. We should not have to make a special trip to the FedEx office just to get our package. Delivery has been paid for and it should be delivered. The drivers say they cannot locate our address but yet Sonos has googled it and has found it on map no problem.

Why can’t the fedex drivers locate your premises? Simply email fedex the map you have of where you are located and put the ball in their court. It’s the delivery companies problem.

All Sonos do is pass the goods to them with the delivery address that you provided. The rest is down to fedex.
