New app/overall underperforming

Would sonos please communicate with all users/customers the plan to ensure the New App functions correctly?  It is really consistently underperforming.

In what way is it “consistently underperforming”? By what criteria are you judging/measuring it?

I use the IOS and PC versions, and have had no problems for over 12 months, other than when a neighbour got a new router and I got some wifi interference. That was easily fixed by changing my Sonos and wifi channels. 

Whilst these forums do have users asking for help, the solutions often revolve around (a) wifi interference, and (b) IP address conflicts. And considering the thousands of speakers Sonos have sold, I believe that only a very small percentage of owners have problems.
