Network Connection

Problem. After going to transfer my account and phone trying to connect to speakers get message..about the connection. Channel on modem is set to automatic and even changed on both to match. Tried with.bluetooth on and off. Numerous hard resets. Called numerous times to hear..We are working on it and problem started last week. I called 2 weeks ago? with same issue? Need to adjust the bass and am flustered I cannot. Best Buy refuses to let me return it also..i have the receipt.. Please help
