My play:1 no sound

My play one keep no sound for seconds then play for a while even only one song in playlist, I connect play:1 via cable to router netgear r7000, I bought it 5 years ago, at the beginning of 2 years, no any problem, why it go into this status?

Please help to check, can it survive if I do something, or just let it die?
