Hi I have 9 speakers in my house and for last 2 days cant connect anything apart from my move speaker tried everything  any tips cheers Chris

Do you have a  Sonos device wired to your router? If so, try powering it off and on. If that does not work, try a different device as the wired device.  Just as a troubleshooting measure.  Give the system a few minutes to reconfigire Then please post back. 

Hi john no non of them are wired  all through wifi

Please try wiring one if you can.

Do you have the Move connected to the 2.4Ghz or 5GHz router band, do you know?

Any access points or extenders on your network?
