Lost all topics and replies from the Sonos Community why?

Well... since your profile says 'Member since 12 August 2018' you must have just registered. If you think you had a previous history of topics/replies could it have been under a different email address?

No I changed my email address on my account yesterday so everything now runs to my iCloud rather than my hotmail.
Woke this morning all topics gone when I signed in
The change of email appears to have created a new profile. Someone from Sonos may be able to retrieve your previous history. The email here is generally the same as the one used to register your Sonos system.
