Legacy Owner: Why should I stay?

Fellow Legacy owner here (10+ years)  

 

You are only offering a 30% discount to replace gear that still works great with gear that, based on the current reasoning, will suffer the same fate five years from now.  Why on earth would I do that?   Why should I continue to be a SONOS customer?  

 

Why not just sell the new gear to legacy customers at cost, maintain their loyalty, and put things in place to minimize the short sightedness of your own products in the future.
