How to change the data for which the equipment has been registered.

Hi,

 

I bought the equipment in the store as new, but with a return. Currently there is equipment on a different account. Am I somehow able to rewrite this equipment to my account?

Are you saying that you have equipment registered to a previous user's system? If so thein you just need to factory reset the units then add them to your existing system, if you have one.

If you don't have an existing system then set up a new one after the reset
