More feedback than a comment, but would be interested to know if anyone else has had issues with this.
Ordered a new piece of Sonos kit at the start of this week and very surprised to discover that there is no way to track the order and delivery via the Sonos site. Other than an email to confirm that the kit has been shipped, no info on who is delivering, or when it may arrive - despite requiring signature upon delivery . . . seems rather 20th Century to ask your customers to spend a week at home waiting for delivery. If i’d ordered via Amazon i could have tracked it and known the exact morning / afternoon it would be delivered (without any additional charge).
Come on Sonos, enter the 21st Century. A bit of a fail on your part.
