On one side I was a little bit surprised when I received the email about legacy products saying that from may no more updates could be done on these products etc etc. On the other side I was happy having an excuse to spend money renewing something in my Sonos system:grin: . Since I started using sonos I was very satisfied for the products quality and the service and still I am. After the e mail I just received from the CEO I thought “this is a professional company that at least admit a communication mistake”. My compliments
