changing songs

My iTunes songs change by themselves. It’s annoying. How do I stop this?

Should we assume that you mean that they change in the middle of a song, and not at the end of the song?

Most instances of that kind of behaviour are a result of wifi interference. I would recommend reading that article, and see which of the solutions you can apply to your system.

If that doesn't work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this issue, and either post the number here, or contact Sonos Support to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available, but are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
