Bad customer care

Queued up for half and hour to get through to Sonos Support, and then was accidentally cut off at the Sonos end. He made no attempt to call me back, and digit reply yo emails. Now they are shut as it’s passed 5pm. 

Sonos Support is no support at all.   If you have a problem try these three simple steps:

  1. Take your Sonos speaker nearer to a window, ideally above 5th floor
  2. Throw it out
  3. Then go an buy something better from a retailer that cares about its customers
