Backorder status - Turntable

Been 3 weeks since I ordered the turntable on Sonos. Was supposed to be available again on July3rd. Have not heard anything and my order status still says backorder. Anyone else having trouble getting their order?  Would be nice to have an updated expected delivery date.

Since Sonos doesn’t make turntables, it’s probably a bit harder for them to know exactly when the supplier will ship to them, so that Sonos can ship to you. There’s probably an impact from the resurgence of COVID-19, but that’s a guess. I hope you’re able to get an update soon, or the device itself.
