Anyone from SONOS still taking care of this community??

As we all know Sonos layoff 12% of the workforce… just wonder if anyone from the company is taking care of this community? As I’ve heard that Ryan S. is no longer working for SONOS too…


Regarding the audio issues of the Arc, we didn’t have any update or feedback from SONOS since 2 days ago… Can anyone from the company stand out and say something??

Don’t get me wrong… I asked just because I really care, as Sonos has been with me for years.

There are half a dozen ‘new’ Sonos people responding to posts in the community, in addition to some of the ‘older’ folks.

According to the main website, “Contact Us” was closed today. Likely, they were shuffling personnel.

For today only, not permanently, correct?

A list of specific exceptions is given on Contact US.

So, for those who haven’t clicked on the link, the offices (phone lines) for support were closed on Friday, June 26, and will also be closed on Friday, July 3rd.
