Yes, but you need a PAIR of Ones (or One SLs) to connect them as surrounds to the Arc. Read more here:
Don't waste money on the Ones, Alexa is disabled on the surrounds when bonded to Arc/Beam. Get the One SL's.
I even use a pair of the older PLAY:1s as surround speakers for my Arc.
