When I power on white light flashes and then goes off

Powers on, white light for a few seconds, then nothing, not visible on network at all

If you’ve already tried a factory reset, it seems as though your best bet is to contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, they are available Monday through Friday during business hours. The Twitter support folks are available 24/7.
