when i switch from tv channel to a app, ie Netflix the volume changes, this only happens with sonus connected. I have a playbar, sub and 2x one play.

This isn't something that Sonos controls. They play the volume that they are presented by whatever is streamed to it, which you can then modify using your volume control. So Netflix is sending a louder or softer volume than your TV channels are.
