I just switched to Verizon wireless 5g ultra (not fios) and now can not get my sonos one (gen 2) or play bar to connect to wifi.  Can anyone help?

See if this link below helps. It explains what you need to do if you have changed router and how to add the new WiFi credentials to the speakers. I would start by wiring one standalone Sonos device to the new router and connecting your mobile (with controller App) to the new WiFi network too…
