Updating a support ticket - it shouldn't be this hard?

Pulling my hair out here. I submitted a support request this morning and Sonos support have email me back with standard response and case number.

But now I want to update that support call to help out the agent that gets assigned it.

How do I access that support ticket though????

Any help appreciated.

Most likely because today is Saturday. You'll have to be patient till Monday. Either that, or you contact Sonos via Twitter.
